Being connected to everything in the Universe, Mikiala’s body is naturally empathic. Lucid dreams, visions and human abilities of clairsentience (clear-feeling) and claircognizance (clear-knowing) have been activated within Mikiala since childhood. Through a series of awakenings, Mikiala continues to gain clarity, insight, and confidence with her inner connection to the nonphysical while being embodied.
Mikiala has a 35 year meditation practice within multiple modalities, including Mindfulness, Vipassana, Light and Sound, Kundalini and Mantra. She holds certification as both a Life and Health Coach and is also a Certified Yoga Instructor with 27 years asana experience within the Astanga, Iyengar and intuitive movement styles.
A breast cancer diagnosis challenged Mikiala to put her belief ‘Everything is Love or a Call for Love’ to the test. She chose to unconditionally love cancer and discovered the true power of receptivity.
Representing the ultimate ‘fear of death’, cancer became Mikiala’s greatest teacher. Post healing cancer, she continues to shift from the limits of thought into being the embodied all-inclusive frequency of the Universe.
With her inner connection to the frequency of Unconditional Love and the desire to share the healing gifts she receives, The AMORE Method™ was birthed. A gift from the Universe!
